Q: Do I have to sign a contract?
A: No. You are welcome to cancel any time.

Q: What if I am a beginner? Will I be able to keep up?
A: Absolutely. Our coaches will teach you the techniques required to fully participate in each session.

Q: Can I pay per class?
A: Yes.

Q: Do you offer group rates?
A: Absolutely. Please contact us for more information about your group and discounts.

Q: Can my child come with me?
A: Children are not allowed to participate in the class but we have an area for children that only need limited supervision. We provide toys to help entertain them while you are in class. The gym has a fully open floor plan so you will be able to see your child at all times.

Q: Do you have day classes?
A: Yes.
